Our classes are developed on awareness, world safety, respect, self control and focus.
Our very successful Stranger/Danger Program is taught in all children's classes.
All our instructors are certified Black Belts in Okinawan Shorin Ryu.
Our style of martial arts is a defensive form. Students are trained in Kata (empty hand), weapons, sparring, self defense, are all taught in class on a regular basis.
